About Me
Hello, I'm Rachel!
My earliest memories are travelling around the globe and experiencing different ways of being from a very young age. Eating street meat in Thailand, sleeping in rundown huts on the beach, playing with wild monkeys on the islands of Malaysia and meeting all types of people of different cultures. I grew up with a great curiosity about the world, the human beings who inhabit it and exploring the unknown; the love of adventure and wanderlust in my eyes, I've always been drawn to diverse experiences.
In my early twenties, I faced the profound challenge of losing a parent, and the journey through intense grief became a defining part of my life. Navigating the ebb and flow of this experience led me to embark on soul-searching travels and eventually leading me to South America in my mid-twenties. During my time there, I immersed myself in various healing modalities and found solace in volunteer work at plant medicine healing retreats. This experience not only helped me navigate my own healing journey but also ignited a deep passion for assisting others on their paths to wellness.
Transitioning from a corporate community manager to supporting vulnerable youth in a non-profit setting, my path has been dynamic. I've delved into mental health support, assisting individuals facing challenges such as BPD, social anxiety, severe anxiety, depression, PTSD, and working with children and teens with ASD.
Now, as a holistic process-oriented counseling and psychotherapy practitioner, offering holistic counselling online and in the Macedon Ranges, my aim is to connect with individuals navigating life's uncertainties. If you find yourself seeking support in this journey of self-discovery and healing, let's work together to overcome life's challenges.

I live in the beautiful-breathtaking Macedon Ranges with my partner and our two beautiful dogs.
Curious and living on the edges of the mainstream, I am deeply passionate about the mystic and natural worlds. My background in community management and mental health -married with counselling/ psychotherapy and process work has given me the tools to hold a safe and supportive space. I work to ensure clients can explore what is happening in their world and what is unconsciously happening at the same time so they may discover the necessary steps in leading a more fulfilling and empowered life.
