Self-Worth, Identity & Inner Critic Work

Coming Home to Who You Are

Do you feel like you’re constantly not enough? Or perhaps you carry an inner voice that’s harsh, critical, or perfectionistic. These patterns often come from long-held protective strategies—adaptations that once helped you survive, but now limit your ability to fully express yourself.

Together, we explore the roots of these beliefs and begin the process of gently unravelling them. You’ll learn to listen to the different parts of yourself, meet them with compassion, and begin to build an inner relationship based on care rather than criticism.

This work may involve:

  • Parts Work (IFS) to identify and support the inner critic, wounded parts, and exiled emotions

  • Somatic awareness to notice how shame or self-judgment lives in the body

  • Creative tools such as drawing, visualisation, and roleplay to bring inner dynamics to life

  • Reparenting practices to build safety, trust, and a sense of inner worth

This is for you if you:

  • Struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, or chronic self-doubt

  • Feel disconnected from your true self or unsure of who you are

  • Are ready to stop striving and start softening toward yourself

Together, we’ll create space for you to reclaim your worth, honour your truth, and come home to yourself.
