Grief, Loss & Life Transitions

Finding Meaning and Wholeness Through Change

Grief is not only about death. It can arise from the loss of a relationship, a miscarriage, a career path, a sense of identity, or the life you thought you’d have. Transitions can be disorienting—sometimes deeply painful—and yet they also open a doorway to transformation.

In this space, we honour your unique experience of loss. You don’t need to "move on" or "stay positive." Instead, we move inward—to feel, to make meaning, and to gently reconnect with what remains within you.

My approach is slow, spacious, and holistic. We may use:

  • Somatic practices to ground and regulate the nervous system

  • Dreamwork and visualisation to connect with unconscious wisdom

  • Parts Work (IFS) to meet the inner protector, the grieving part, and the part that longs to heal

  • Nature-based reflection for grounding and remembering your connection to something larger

Grief is not a problem to be fixed. It is a process to be tended—with care, compassion, and presence.
