Anxiety can feel like too much, too fast. Your body is alert, your thoughts race, and it may feel impossible to slow down. Or perhaps you swing between being hyper-aware and shutting down completely.

You might be highly sensitive, easily overstimulated, or simply exhausted from holding it all together. In therapy, we create a space where your system can start to rest—and where you can learn to respond rather than react.

Together we will:

  • Use somatic practices to help regulate your nervous system
     

  • Work with Parts (IFS) to understand the inner drivers of anxiety
     

  • Invite movement or stillness—depending on what your body needs
     

  • Create routines for self-regulation and emotional safety
     

This work is ideal for anyone experiencing stress, burnout, panic, chronic overwhelm, or difficulty managing emotions. Whether online or in-person, our work is paced, gentle, and deeply attuned to you.
